Raised in Lawrence, Cheri understands the numerous intangible benefits of life in this community, with its unmatched culture and diversity. Cheri graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing and joined the Real Estate profession in 1990. She has since earned her CRS, GRI and Broker’s certifications.
Together Cheri and her husband, Kelly have raised two daughters, Campbell and Carson. In their downtime they love to travel and are diehard soccer fans. Cheri and her family have worked in the construction and development business for three generations.
Over the past several years, Cheri has become an esteemed Realtor, highly regarded by her clients and professionals in the field. She is well-connected and actively involved in the community. Her contacts and life-long residency leverage her enthusiasm and expertise, enhancing her client dedication. The Cheri Drake team is comprised of Cheri Drake and her daughter, Campbell Ragan to assist with her clients’ buying and selling needs.
After graduating from Truman State University with an undergraduate degree in Public Communication and a minor in Child Studies and Spanish, Campbell returned to her hometown of Lawrence, KS. Campbell worked as Manager at a local apartment community, Camson Properties.
Campbell decided to go back to school and get her Master of Arts in Teaching through Kansas State University. She worked as a teacher for two years in the Lawrence school district. She made the hard decision to leave teaching and pursue real estate full time.
Campbell is a lifelong resident and her family has been part of the construction and development business for generations. She now makes the fourth generation! She is looking forward to learning from the best (her mom).
As part of the Cheri Drake Team, Campbell will be working with Buyers and Sellers as well as developing our marketing, social media, and website. She is committed to ensuring our customers receive the most up-to-date and accurate information.
